The ASISTIM Flight Dispatch Academy in Hannover, a subsidiary of the SITA Group, is known for excellence in training and practical education in flight dispatch and operations. As part of a globally leading provider of IT and communication solutions for the aviation industry, we set standards in training professionals in airline operations control. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Trainer (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Academy.

Your role:

As a Trainer at the ASISTIM Flight Dispatch Academy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, covering the following areas:

Meteorology
Navigation
Aviation Law
Aircraft Systems
Aircraft Loading
Air Traffic Control
Flight Route Planning

You will work with our specialized training materials developed by the ASISTIM Flight Dispatch Academy and tailor your teaching methods to the learning needs of our participants. Training is primarily conducted in English, making excellent proficiency in the language essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive professional experience as a flight instructor, airline pilot, flight operations officer, or senior flight dispatcher.
In-depth knowledge in one or more of the aforementioned areas.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and practically.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific IT systems and training software.
Passion for education and a desire to share your expertise with the next generation of flight dispatchers.
Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility.
