Our Team of qualified Flight Operation Officers (FOOs) will:

Update and maintain the customers’ Operations Control System with all relevant information to provide a real-time status of your flight operations (MVT / LDM / DLA / DIV / CTOT and many more).
Manage disturbances (IROPS) of the customers’ flight program.
Propose solutions to resolve the situation in line with regulatory and safety requirements.
Support the flight crew during the flight with valuable and safety-relevant information.
Assist the flight crew in the event of an in-flight emergency or security issues.

ASISTIM serves as the first point of contact, coordinating all relevant information with all stakeholders on behalf of the customer.
